I would like to thank everybody who attended Steph's final journey on the 13th September and the celebration of her life, i thank each and everyone of you for doing so, and also for the lovely flowers and donations to St Elizabeths Hospice. Steph i am sure will always be in all of the hearts of people who knew, especially those who were there to say goodbye. She will always be in my heart. D
